	During season only --- space fills up very quickly --- call early to reserve!

300 acres located in the heart of Steuben County; documented as the #1 county in NYS for trophy and bucks taken. Hunt the edges of corn fields, clover fields, deep oak woods or old orchards along the creek. Permanent tree stands are available or you can bring your own portable stands. Ground blinds are available --- owner will recommend and guide you to areas, or you can hunt your choice.

We've practiced Deer Quality Management for over 10 years and buck requirements are 8 pt. or more.
